The Third (2022)

Filmed in the peak heat of a Nashville summer, the rag-tag feature The Third pulled out all its stops and charm to create a uniquely “Nashvillian” film.

Although originally signed on as DIT, on Day 3 Riley stepped up to the role of 1st Assistant Director to tighten up the ship. Revamping the shooting schedule, anticipating crew needs and creative problem solving elevated the project’s speed, safety, and quality.

Riley regards the position of 1st AD not as keeping time but making it.
